The match between Pang Chol and Chang Yuan has been widely discussed due to the surprising guest who appeared in the arena to support the North Korean competitor. Internet users quickly noticed that in the stands - next to the North Korean delegation - there was a lookalike of Kim Jong Un. It turned out that Australian music producer Howard X was behind it all.

Since 2013, the man has been famous for dressing up as the North Korean dictator. He has attended several Olympic events, each time leaving a similar impression. Interestingly, after the North Korean representative lost the fight, Howard X posted a special message to the nation on his social media.

Kim Jong Un lookalike appeared in Paris

- Good morning, this is the Supreme Leader speaking from the Olympic stadium, where North Korea is playing against China. I am standing just in front of the North Korean delegates, supporting the team. There is nothing better than the personal presence of the Supreme Leader in supporting the team. Let North Korea beat China — he said in a recording posted on his social media.

In the recordings that appeared online, it can be seen that during the fight, the dictator's lookalike was hitting Winnie the Pooh. This is most likely a criticism of Chinese censorship of this cartoon.
