Kelly Clarkson's weight loss journey: Beyond diet and exercise

Kelly Clarkson has garnered media interest over the past few months due to her transformation. The star has lost a significant amount of weight, and now it has been revealed how she achieved this.

Kelly Clarkson is experiencing a resurgence of popularity, thanks in part to her incredible transformation. The American artist has lost a significant amount of weight and, as she has shared, it's supposedly the result of a diet she followed under a doctor's advice, in addition to plenty of walking. However, it has been revealed that the star was not entirely truthful about this a few months ago.

"I dropped weight because I’ve been listening to my doctor — a couple years I didn’t. And 90 percent of the time I’m really good at it because a protein diet is good for me anyway. I’m a Texas girl, so I like meat — sorry, vegetarians in the world!" - Kelly Clarkson told "People" magazine at the beginning of the year.

The star recently invited Whoopi Goldberg to her "The Kelly Clarkson Show" programme, which has also shed weight. It turns out she attributes it to certain injections. Kelly Clarkson admitted she didn't opt for this type of treatment, but she did have an experience with another medication. It helped her "break down sugar" because her body can't do it alone.

"My doctor chased me for, like, two years, and I was like, ‘No, I’m afraid of it. I already have thyroid problems" -  Kelly Clarkson said. "Everybody thinks it Ozempic. It's not" -  mysteriously explained.
