The unpleasant situation occurred at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in West Hollywood. According to TMZ, a Jewish celebration - a bar mitzvah, was taking place at the venue.

A group of teenagers noticed that Justin Bieber was also in the building. They started recording him.

The youths did not respond, so an obviously upset Bieber began to chase them away, gesturing.
Get out of here he thundered, as hotel staff escorted the teenagers back to the event.
An eyewitness told TMZ that Justin was much calmer when he asked the teenagers to leave him alone. He only got angry when they kept crowding him despite his requests. Reportedly, the 30-year-old’s nerves stemmed from waiting at the hotel for the pregnant Hailey. He didn't want the teenagers to bother them during lunch.
