Nikola Jokić was selected as the Most Valuable Player of the 2023/2024 NBA season. However, his team did not repeat the great success of 2023, so the star has already gone on a well-deserved vacation. He's having a great time.

Let us recall that Nikola Jokić was selected as the Most Valuable Player of the 2023/2024 NBA season.

Jokić already won this prestigious title in 2021 and 2022. Recently, in the 2022/2023 campaign, Joel Embiid interrupted the Denver Nuggets player's dominance. But now the Balkan star is back on top.

It's got to start with your teammates, you know. Without them, I cannot do nothing. Coaches, players, organization, medical staff, strength coaches, development coaches. It's all one big circle, but I cannot be whatever I am without them - emphasised Jokić on TNT.

The 29-year-old averaged 26.4 points, 12.4 rebounds, and 9.0 assists this season, hitting 58 percent of his shots. He completed 25 triple-doubles. However, this did not allow the Denver Nuggets to advance to the NBA Finals, resulting in the Serb leaving for a vacation earlier this year.

Jokić is in Serbia, relaxing with close friends and childhood buddies. On social media, he showcased a sample of his dancing skills. It must be admitted that he has a great sense of humour.

The extraordinary story of Jokić

Before Jokić became a big star in the best league in the world, nothing indicated that he would reach this level. Especially in his childhood, when he was a boy with a round face, basketball was just a hobby for him. His ambition, however, took him to the very top.
