  • 3 large packs of biscuits (about 72 pieces),
  • 400g of dulce de leche,
  • 100g of finely chopped peanuts, cashews, or almonds.

Custard-banana cream:

  • 2 egg yolks,
  • 3 vanilla puddings (no sugar),
  • 750ml of milk,
  • 3–4 tablespoons of sugar,
  • 200g of butter,
  • 2 large bananas,
  • a few drops of lemon juice.

Creamy topping:

  • 400ml of heavy cream,
  • 250g of mascarpone cheese,
  • 2–3 tablespoons of powdered sugar.

Additionally:

  • 100g of almond flakes (fresh or toasted).

Preparation method:

  1. Prepare the custard: Boil the milk with sugar, then add the diluted pudding with egg yolks. Allow to cool.
  2. Assemble the first layer: Place a layer of biscuits on the bottom of the tin, then spread the dulce de leche mixed with chopped nuts. Cover with another layer of biscuits.
  3. Add the banana cream: Add blended bananas and softened butter to the cooled custard. Spread over the biscuits.
  4. Prepare the creamy topping: Whip the cream until stiff, then add mascarpone and powdered sugar. Spread over the banana cream.
  5. Chill and decorate: Refrigerate the cake for a few hours. Before serving, sprinkle with almond flakes.
