Hugh Jackman finds new love with Sutton Foster after split
Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster were spotted on a romantic date at In-N-Out, no longer hiding the fact that they are a couple.
There’s no longer any doubt that the marriage between Hugh Jackman and Deborra-Lee Furness is behind them. They were together for 27 years and seemed to exemplify the possibility of long and happy relationships in show business. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out. They jointly adopted two children: a son, Oscar Maximilian (24), and a daughter, Ava Eliot (19). Over the years, they supported each other in their careers and engaged in numerous charitable activities. Eventually, they decided to divorce. Today, Hugh Jackman openly admits he is head over heels in love with someone else.

Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster were seen being affectionate during dinner at In-N-Out in San Fernando. Photos published by PageSix and TMZ show the couple kissing in front of the restaurant. The actors, known from "The Music Man," laughed and exchanged kisses in a parked Range Rover.
After getting out of the car, Jackman opened the door for Foster and embraced her. Foster responded by placing her hands on his face before they entered the restaurant.
Their romance became public in October 2024, when Foster filed for divorce from Ted Griffin, the screenwriter of "Ocean’s Eleven". Meanwhile, Jackman announced his separation from Deborra-Lee Furness in September 2023, after 27 years of marriage.
"We have been blessed to share almost 3 decades together as husband and wife in a wonderful, loving marriage. Our journey now is shifting and we have decided to separate to pursue our individual growth. We greatly appreciate your understanding in respecting our privacy as our family navigates this transition in all of our lives," they wrote in a joint statement in 2023.
Although they remained friends, rumours suggested the actor might have been unfaithful. Media outlets worldwide began speculating about possible reasons for the breakdown of their relationship. On 26 October, 68-year-old Deborra-Lee Furness liked a video by gossip blogger Tasha Lustig on Instagram, which suggested that Jackman plans to gently reveal his new relationship with Foster. Furness's friend, Amanda de Cadenet, commented on the post, saying, "My beloved friend Deb is about to have her glow up any moment fyi!"
Sources claim that Jackman and Foster's relationship was a "common knowledge" in Broadway circles, even though they kept it from the public. "They are 100 percent together and are in love and want to spend the rest of their lives together," an informant told PageSix.
