Recipe for homemade ice cream according to Tomasz Strzelczyk
Ingredients:
- 300 ml condensed milk
- half a bar of dark chocolate
- 1 litre heavy cream with 36% fat content
- 1 tablespoon of rum
- 4 bars with advocaat filling
- a pinch of salt
How to make such ice cream: Take out a large bowl and pour the chilled cream into it. Whip it until stiff, then add the condensed milk, salt, rum, chopped chocolate, and bars. Mix everything thoroughly, transfer the prepared mixture to a large container, and place it in the freezer. After a few hours, you can enjoy delicious homemade ice cream.
