- Peel the apples, remove the seed cores, and chop them into small cubes.
- Transfer the chopped apples to a blender and blend them into a smooth puree, adding a cup of water.
- Transfer the apple puree to a pot and add sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until the mixture thickens and acquires a jam-like consistency.
- Break the white chocolate into smaller pieces and add to the cooking apple puree. Stir gently until the chocolate is completely melted and combined with the apples.
- Transfer the hot mixture to sterilised jars and seal tightly. Once cooled, store in the refrigerator.
