Recently, kebabs have experienced a renaissance. More and more people are paying attention to the taste, avoiding just anything. Instead of spending time searching and overpaying for poor-quality meat, opt for homemade chicken kebab. It's more than just shop-bought bread filled with fillet in kebab-gyros seasoning. This recipe will make no kebab bought in the city able to impress you.

Kebab bread

Though often treated as a backdrop, it actually plays a really important role. It must be soft inside and crispy outside. The perfect kebab bread must hold its shape, not get soggy and not fall apart from the sauces. It's hard to find it in a regular store, but you can easily bake it at home.
