The prime measures are to increase water intake, sustain a healthy and nourishing diet, and opt for the right cosmetics suited to your skin type. Substances such as hyaluronic acid, sea algae, and collagen that deeply nourish the skin structure can be helpful in this matter.

Exhibiting regular discipline in applying face masks is advisable. An effective elixir for sagging cheeks could be a concoction of avocado and honey. One should mix half of the fruit pulp with two tablespoons of honey and then apply this to a cleansed face for 15 minutes. Alternately, four tablespoons of natural yogurt combined with two tablespoons of aloe vera gel can serve the same purpose.
