Euro 2024 is approaching fast, and the England team is one of the favourites to win this event. Harry Kane is expected to be a key player. However, the striker is struggling with an injury less than a month before the championship.

Harry Kane’s 2023/2024 season end is highly unlucky. The Englishman had a chance to beat Robert Lewandowski's record for the most goals scored in a single Bundesliga season. Unfortunately, his injury made it evident that this would not happen.

The Bayern Munich striker's health situation is serious. Fans of the England team, who are counting on Kane for this year's European Championship, are becoming increasingly worried. The tournament starts in mid-June, leaving the player with little time to recover fully.

Although Kane is on the list called up by Gareth Southgate, his participation from the beginning of the event is not certain. Fans were certainly not reassured by Bayern Munich coach Thomas Tuchel's words.

There are reasons to be concerned

- Harry is receiving treatment from his personal doctor. He cannot travel. He cannot travel. He was already at the limit in Madrid. We tried it with treatment and it got worse with every move that he made, so there was no chance for him participating in practice," said the German coach at the press conference before the last round of the season.

The 30-year-old will certainly miss the 34th-round match against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim. However, this is not the biggest problem. The English media are worried about Kane's health.

“Harry Kane has given England a massive Euro 2024 scare as he is currently injured with a back problem...The Three Lions captain is certain to be included but his fitness is still a concern with the opening Euros game against Serbia less than a month away.," write the journalists of the portal "The Sun."

England's opponents in the Euro in Germany, in addition to Serbia, will be Denmark and Slovenia. Gareth Southgate's team will play their first match on 16 June.
