A blunder of the Russian sports channel during Euro 2024. During the broadcast of the match, Georgian fans started chanting an obscene slogan. Vladimir Putin's name was mentioned. The insults were audible on the air.

On Tuesday, the Georgia-Turkey match was broadcast on the Russian sports channel. The moment was shown during the broadcast when Georgian fans chanted: "Putin h***o".

Many recordings documenting the shouts from the stands have appeared on the web.

Euro 2024. Riots in Dortmund. Clashes between Georgian and Turkish fans

Georgian and Turkish fans clashed at the Dortmund stadium before the European Football Championship group stage match. Fans threw cups and other objects at each other. The police separated the fighting groups and secured the area, which calmed the situation.

The Group F match between Georgia and Turkey started at 5:00 PM GMT. The Turks emerged victorious from the clash, defeating their rivals and debuting at the major football tournament 3-1. Played in heavy rain, the match was intense, full of shots and twists, and could satisfy any fan.

Due to the exclusion from the qualifiers, the Russians are not participating in the tournament.
