Taylor Fry, the 43-year-old former actress, played the role of John McClane's daughter, portrayed by Bruce Willis in the 1988 blockbuster.

The film, now a classic of action cinema, earned about £110 million with a budget of £20-28 million. The success of "Die Hard" has led to numerous sequels. The film is often considered a Christmas movie as its plot takes place on Christmas Eve.

During the recent outing, Fry spent time with her husband Clayton Pence. Wearing a casual outfit comprising a green blouse and jeans, she appeared relaxed and at ease. Having stepped away from the limelight for years, she seems to be enjoying a tranquil life away from Hollywood.

Born in San Mateo, Fry attended Notre Dame High School alongside future Oscar winner Rami Malek.

She later studied at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she developed a passion for ultimate frisbee, graduating in 2003.
