One of the buildings of the residence, where Russian President Vladimir Putin received Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi in 2013, burned down, reports the Telegram channel "Syrena." The building is located in the village of Ongudai in the Altai Republic.

According to "Syrena," one of the buildings belonging to the residence of the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin was destroyed by fire. "The photo shows identical elements: the colour of the facade, the green areas next to the building, and the roof of the neighbouring building included in the materials," it reads.

Blogger Amyr Aitashev and activist Aruna Arna published the video from the burned building. "It was taken from different angles, and the area surrounding the residence matches what is seen in the photos. In a conversation with Syrena, Aitashev explained that the photo he published was taken on Thursday at 12:00 GMT. The cause of the fire is unknown," it added.

"Syrena" emphasizes that the services cooperating with the editorial office verified the photos and "found no signs of tampering or forgery." The duty officer of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Altai Republic did not want to answer whether firefighters had intervened at the scene.

Information about a secret construction project in the Ongudai region of the Altai Republic appeared in 2010—the construction of the complex cost up to 3 billion rubles (approximately £25 million).

Officially, this is the Altai Compound resort complex, owned by Gazprom. In 2011, correspondents of Novaya Gazeta were denied entry to the area, explaining that it is a "specially guarded site intended for the recreation of senior state officials."

Putin cut out a deer's heart and gave it to Berlusconi

At the same time, Gazprom stated that the complex is necessary for "meetings with business partners, corporate events, and hosting foreign guests." Local opposition activists have repeatedly commented on the complex's links to Putin.

It is known that the complex includes a special farm with fenced forested areas and a farm for breeding deer. The media widely described a shocking event that occurred during Berlusconi's visit.

The dictator of Russia, Vladimir Putin, reportedly cut out a deer's heart and gave it to Silvio Berlusconi. This gruesome story was described by former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi's associate Fabrizio Cicchitto in an interview with "Corriere della Sera".
