Now we have more and more recipes for this bake, but ones that allow it to be prepared really quickly. One of them was shared by a well-known online dietitian, Aneta Łańcuchowska.

When time is short
Aneta Łańcuchowska, known on Instagram as dietetyczka_anetka, is a clinical dietitian, culinary blogger, and TV chef. On social media, she shares her knowledge about a healthy lifestyle. The expert understands that we want to eat well but usually lack the time for cooking or baking. That’s why she shares a cheesecake recipe you can make faster than going to the shop or pastry store.
Three-ingredient cheesecake
The dietitian uses only three ingredients for her bake. Of course, there’s no cheesecake without cheese. In this case, it's not even the type that comes in a bucket, which greatly simplifies baking cheesecakes. Aneta Łańcuchowska used homogenised cheeses, and they're vanilla-flavoured. So, no additional spices are needed, nor does the mixture need to be sweetened.
What about the sugar?
To thicken the cheese mixture, the dietitian adds pudding, enhancing the vanilla flavour. Add eggs to this, and it's ready. Just bake the mixture. Using homogenised cheeses is not a new method. One of the followers wrote under the video:
"I’ve baked such a cheesecake for decades 😁"
The dietitian simply responded: "Wonderful." Who else will be tempted by this recipe?
