Duchess Kate can boast beautiful and healthy hair. In a conversation with British media, Richard Ward, the royal family's hairdresser, revealed how he cares for Kate Middleton's hair.

The secret lies in the regular use of argan oil, which plays a key role in her care routine. She applies it to the ends, protecting the strands from splitting and drying out.

Argan oil for hair

Argan oil, also known as "liquid gold," is one of the most valued oils in hair care. It strengthens the hair, prevents split ends, and protects against UV radiation and harmful environmental factors. Due to its moisturising and nourishing properties, it works excellently on high-porosity, frizzy hair. It is also helpful in combating hair loss.

The fatty acids and vitamins contained in the oil accelerate the regeneration of damaged hair structures, strengthening them and giving them a healthy shine. Duchess Kate's beautiful and well-groomed hair proves that regular use of "liquid gold" brings impressive results.

Argan oil - how to use it?

Argan oil can be used in several ways, depending on the needs of your hair. One of the simplest methods is to apply it along the entire length of the hair before washing. You can also add a few drops of the oil to your favourite conditioner or hair mask to enhance its effect. This will moisturise and nourish the hair.

Argan oil is also an excellent means for protecting the ends, as in Duchess Kate's case. Apply a small amount to damp or dry ends to prevent splitting.
