Deadly siege in Moscow: 40 killed, 100 injured in concert hall attack
Russian media report a horrific shooting that resulted in at least 40 people dead and around 100 injured. It occurred at the Crocus City Hall concert hall in northwest Moscow. The Russian leader labelled the American warnings as "blackmail" by the West and an attempt to "intimidate and destabilise our society".
