Approximately 24 hours before the election results were announced, Danica Patrick, a NASCAR star, was on board Donald Trump's private jet. She spent the entire day there, travelling and participating in rallies for the Republicans.
On election night, Patrick posted a sad selfie online showing her sitting on the floor in a red dress. She expressed her disappointment at not being invited to the election celebrations at Mar-a-Lago.
Under the photo with two friends, she wrote, "Where was our Mar-a-Lago invite?" Thus, she expressed her disappointment.
Earlier, she described a hectic start to the week spent travelling with Trump's campaign team. After the fourth rally that day, she returned to West Palm Beach, still full of energy and hope for success.
Who did Donald Trump invite to Mar-a-Lago?
At Mar-a-Lago, Trump spent the election evening with many influential figures from the world of politics and business.
Among those present were Elon Musk and Dana White. Photos from the event showed a relaxed Trump with his supporters, who were taking cheerful selfies in the ballroom of Mar-a-Lago.
