Crispy bread and garlic butter: An effortless gastronomic delight

For this recipe, you will use creamy butter and aromatic spices, among other ingredients. I think you'll agree that this combination sounds pretty good, right? Trust me, it tastes even better. Once you try this combination, it will find a permanent place on your menu.
Crispy bread with additions will steal the heart of even the pickiest eater
Ingredients:
Garlic:
- 3 heads of garlic,
- spices: salt and pepper to taste,
- olive oil for drizzling.
Other ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon oregano,
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika,
- salt and pepper to taste,
- 7 tablespoons butter,
- 1 loaf of wheat bread,
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
Preparation method:
Step 1. Prepare your delicious snack by preparing the garlic. Remove the stem from each head, place it on aluminium foil, and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2. Thoroughly wrap the prepared heads of garlic in foil and place in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. At this time, the oven should be set to 200 degrees Celsius (8:00 AM GMT).
Step 3. Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves directly into a bowl with soft butter. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, oregano, and sweet paprika.
Mix the contents of the bowl thoroughly until the ingredients are well combined.
Step 4. Next, split the bread into two parts, then place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread the buttery-garlic mixture directly on the bread.
Step 5. Sprinkle each half generously with shredded mozzarella cheese. The prepared bread should then be baked for 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (8:15 AM GMT).
Step 6. Sprinkle the ready snack with fresh parsley and divide it into smaller pieces before serving. And that’s it—enjoy your meal!
