  1. Divide the cauliflower into florets and cook for a few minutes until slightly soft.
  2. Prepare the batter: mix the egg, sparkling water, flour, and spices.
  3. Dip the cauliflower florets in the batter, then coat with cornflakes.
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven preheated to 200°C for about 20 minutes.
