Biden blasts Trump's morality and conduct in fiery debate
“How many billions of dollars do you owe in civil penalties for molesting a woman in public, for doing a whole range of things, of having sex with a porn star on the night while your wife was pregnant? What are you talking about? You have the morals of an alley cat,” said President Joe Biden during a pre-election debate of presidential candidates in Atlanta.

During the pre-election debate of presidential candidates in Atlanta, President Joe Biden made a statement in which he strongly criticised the behaviour and statements of the former president.
Harsh words from Biden
Biden stated that we have never had a president who openly declared his right to take revenge on his opponents. Moreover, he pointed out that none of the previous presidents had been accused of harassing a woman, nor had they been involved in a scandal related to having sex with a porn star while his wife was pregnant.
Biden referred in this way to the numerous legal issues faced by the former president, as well as to his controversial statements in which Trump declared his right to take revenge on his opponents.
"Morality of an alley cat"
“The idea that you have a right to seek retribution against any American, just because you’re a president, is wrong, is simply wrong. No president’s ever spoken like that before. No president in our history has spoken like that before. Number three, the crimes that you are still charged with. And think of all the civil penalties you have. How many billions of dollars do you owe in civil penalties for molesting a woman in public, for doing a whole range of things, of having sex with a porn star on the night – and while your wife was pregnant? I mean, what are you talking about? You have the morals of an alley cat," said Biden, calling Trump a "criminal."
Trump, on the other hand, firmly denied having sex with actress Stormy Daniels. He claimed that the criminal case brought against him in this instance resulted from a "rigged system".
“I did nothing wrong,” declared the former president. He also denied his earlier statements, suggesting that he intended to take revenge on his political opponents.
Biden-Trump debate
67% of respondents watching Thursday's debate concluded that Donald Trump won, while 33% pointed to Joe Biden - according to a poll conducted on behalf of CNN.
The results of the study conducted among 565 voters observing the debate in Atlanta indicate that Trump performed better and Biden worse than initially expected. 55% of the same respondents predicted before the debate that Trump would win, and 45% - Biden.
In a similar poll conducted after the first Biden-Trump debate in 2020, the former won by a similar margin, 60% to 28%.
Despite Trump's clear victory, the poll suggests that the debate only slightly changed voters' assessments of the candidates. 57% of respondents said they did not trust Biden's ability to perform the duties of president, while 44% said the same about Trump. Before the duel, 55% had declared a lack of trust in Biden and 47% in Trump.
