Keoghan explained: "I can only sit and take so much" The actor added: "I have to respond now because it’s gettin to a place where there are too many lines being crossed." He condemned the "Absolute lies, hatred, disgusting commentary" about his appearance, character, and parenting skills. He stressed that members of his family, including his mother and grandmother, have also been targeted by internet users.
In his statement, Keoghan also wrote: "Talking about how I was a heroine baby and how I grew up and dragging my dear mother into it also. Knocking on my grannies door. Sitting outside my baby boys house intimidating them. Thats crossing a line.." The actor also pointed out that one day his two-year-old son will read these cruel comments about his father.
Despite the rumours of infidelity, including an alleged affair between Keoghan and influencer and blue platform star Breckie Hill, people close to the actor have denied these accusations in conversations with the media. Sources maintain that the couple's breakup resulted from difficulties in balancing demanding careers. The erosion of the relationship was reportedly due to Carpenter and Keoghan's tight schedules, which were connected with the former's concert tour and the latter's numerous acting roles.
