The individuals arrested include two brothers and their father, Aminchon, Dilowar, and Isroil Islomov. Court documents reveal that Dilowar was the most recent owner of the white Renault car the terrorists used to get close to the Crocus City Hall concert venue.
The Russian Investigative Committee has indicated that one of the assailants, Shamsudin Fariduni, implicated Dilowar and his brother Aminchon in the “operations of an organised group”.
Aminchon Islomov has stated that upon finding out about the attack, he and his brother voluntarily approached the police, clarifying that the car had been sold by Dilowar a week before the attack – as per reports by the Mediazona channel on Telegram.

Detained in relation to the attack

On Sunday, a district court in Moscow declared the detainment of four suspects connected to the attack on the Krasnogorsk concert hall for two months.
Meanwhile, Baza, another Russian news platform, reported that a taxi driver who transported Shamsudin Fariduni from the concert venue, said Fariduni initially spoke in Tajik but then switched to Russian during their conversation. Fariduni mentioned he had recently arrived from Turkey looking to make money in Russia by renovating flats.
In related news, a taxi driver from Chechnya informed the police on Saturday that he had transported one of the suspected attackers to the concert hall.
